Refund policy

We hope you won't have any desire to return an item, but if you do we will happily assist you. We just ask that you:

Contact us via email within: 3 days of delivery.

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

All items returned unless faulty will incur the cost of outbound postage this will be deducted from any refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Are non returnable this does not effect your statutory rights

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
